Yes. All our products including our smoke alarm are fully accredited and certified by third-party regulators to ensure peace of mind across your entire home. Our smoke alarm is more discreet but no less complete, making your space safe and stylish.

Yes. There is a myth from traditional fittings that this is not possible. However, our smoke alarm plugin has been tested so the alarms detects and functions perfectly with or without the optional light fitting in place. No. We’ve designed the product so you just replace the part you need. You can replace the smoke alarm by adding this product to your basket and the light source here. However, our light has a 5 year use non-stop life cycle or 50,000 hours and our smoke alarm has a 10 year life so you don’t need to worry about this for a while.

Depending on the level of protection your home needs you will typically require a minimum of x1 heat alarm in the kitchen and x2 smoke alarms covering your hallway and landing areas (means of escape). Your electrician will be able to advise you on this but we’re always happy to help too.
